Moving Subscribers To New Blog

  Hello,

  I have been blogging on a self-hosted domain with followers, somehow along the line, I have moved to another self-hosted domain and wants my followers to move with me but the website of jetpack is not loading at my end so I could inform them of my intention.

  Is there any help I can get from here on how to do so?

  Hi there,

  Can you please give us both the old and the new domain? We can’t move your followers if we don’t know between which two sites you want them moved.
