moving subscribers to self-hosted blog

  Hi!
  I would love to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog (www.wdrodzedo.wordpress.com) to my self-hosted wordpress.org blog (www.wdrodzedo.pl).

  I have already read the support site, and I have installed Jetpack plugin with Subscription mode on.

  Just a technical question. Is that mean my wordpress followers will see my new blog posts appear on their reader page, the same as if I would post on wordpress.com?
