Moving Subscribers to Self-Hosted Site

  I would like to move my wordpress.com subscribers to my new site, which is located at http://tails-r-wagging.com/. What do I need to do to accomplish this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you installed and activated the plugin Jetpack? If so the wordpress Staff will move them over, they have been notified of this thread.

  Yes, Jetpack has been installled.

  Will someone let me know once the subscribers have been moved?
