Moving Subscribers to self hosted site

  I followed all of the steps to move from a wordpress.com site to a self hosted wordpress site and am at the point where I need your help to move my subscribers. They will be moving from edvapatent.wordpress.com to edvadaily.com. I have already added the jetpack plugin. Thank you
