Moving subscribers to self-hosted wordpress

  Hi,

  I want to move my blog subscribers from my wordpress.com site to self-hosted .org site. I have installed Jetpack and it is working fine. Following are the details:

  ivysmaquillagecove.wordpress.com to ivysmaquillagecove.com

  Do let me know if any other information is required.
