Moving subscribers to self-hosted WordPress

  I recently started a blog and changed over to a self hosted site a few days ago. I don’t have many subscribers but would like them transferred to my new site.

  old: leveragedliving.wordpress.com
  new: theL2group.com

  @businessdudes – could you please start a new thread to describe your issue in detail, and add the word modlook in the Tags section in the right column so Staff will respond.

  Hi,

  I have just transferred over to self-hosted. I have jetpack installed. Please could you transfer my subscribers? Also, not sure if its possible but my stats would be nice transferred too.
