moving subscribers/followers from .com blog to self-hosted blog
-
This is a request to transfer my followers and email subscribers from .com blog to self hosted .org blog. Can you do that for me? The .com blog is http://svmedaris.wordpress.com/ and I’d like those subscribers to be moved to my self-hosted site: http://marketweightpress.com. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go ahead and install and activate Jetpack on your self-hosted site. Then connect it to WordPress.com.
A staff member will then be able to help you move your subscribers.

Hi there, I transferred your followers to your new blog at marketweightpress.com, as requested.
Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
