"Moving Tabs to the Top"

  My theme won’t allow me to post my tabs like “follow me” and “recent comments” at the top–instead, it’s at the bottom. I don’t want to change my theme, so how can I move up the tabs?

  You cannot make any theme do what it is not designed to do.
