moving the comment box

how do I move the comment box so its visible on the homepage niritcohen.com and people don’t need to click the post itself and then scroll all the way to the bottom. I’d like to make comments easier to create.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The location of the comment box is part of your theme’s design and can’t be changed here at WordPress.com. You can read more about how themes work here: Themes
However, visitors to your site can click the comment link under the post title (for example, “השארת תגובה”) to go directly to the comment box for that post. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Thank you. Thing is once a first comment is entered, the comment link under the post title is no longer “Comment” but shows the # of comments and clicking on it takes you down to those comments with the comment box all the way below them. People gave me feedback its hard for them to find how to comment unless they really search.
Does this mean I have to change a theme? Is there one that would allow me better flexibility to make it friendly for the people to comment and engage without changing the appearance of the site too much? -
I’m sorry the theme’s design is causing trouble for your visitors. If you’re not happy with how your theme creates the comment links, you’ll need to choose a different theme that does it differently. I only know of one theme that includes the comments on the home page: the P2 theme. However, that would be a pretty big change for the look of your site.
You can browse other themes, which may make the comment links differently, by going to your My Blogs page and clicking the “Change Theme” link under your blog title. You can also go directly to our theme directory here: http://en.wordpress.com/themes/
You can click the Demo link under any of the themes there to see a demo site, showing how the comments will look in that theme.
