moving the directory of my existing wordpress site

  My current wordpress site where the actual wordpress stuff is at is:
  http://www.thebulletproofsoul.org/blog

  I want to change it to:
  http://www.thebulletproofsoul.org (back when I first started this, I thought it was just for blogs… I was completely wrong)
