Moving the position that blog posts appear on the screen by changing the date of posting

I would like to change the date of some blog posts. I publish a list of country walks every month and I don’t want to delete the old ones, I just want to move them to the bottom of the page.

Hi there, It’s possible to back date posts through the Schedule module in the Post Editor. Here’s how you do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/
Something you may wish to consider: if you have already published those posts you want to back date, changing the date on them will create “404-Not Found” errors for anyone coming to your site through search engine results or even a Recent Posts widget in your site sidebar, not to mention people who have bookmarked your post.
