moving the subscribers and followers from wordpress.com to selfhosted wordpress

  Hi there,
  I have installed jetpack and followed the recommended steps and I am now contacting you-as it was advised so that you can move my subscribers to my new site. The wordpress site was
  http://www.louizamallouri.wordpress.com and the new one is http://www.readingthelines.com Thank you

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
