Moving the tagline to be under the title

  Hi.
  Please could you let me know how I can have my tagline be underneath my website title / header.
  The header lettering is very large and takes up most of the width of the page and the tagline ends up being squashed on the right of the title.

  That’s exactly the way the theme is designed and you can confirm that here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyten/ and here http://twentytendemo.wordpress.com/

  In order to make any chnage to appearance you will need a paid custom design upgrade and CSS editing, an upgrade which can no longer be individually purchased for new blogs. Go to > Dashboard > My Upgrades to make the purchase.
