Moving Title around

I just switched to a new theme (Black-letterhead) which I like more than my previous theme. I’m having problems with the title placement though, because it overlaps the image header I put in. Is there a way to move the title around, so that it doesn’t go right smack-dab in the middle of the header?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I believe I found the blog in question. Is this it? http://joezcomedy.wordpress.com/

If so then this can be easily solved as you can choose not to display header text.
    > Appearance > Header
    Header Text
Display Text _ No _ Yes

If you make that choice then you could make an new header image 760 × 200 pixels and include the blog title and tagline on it in a place that does not overlap your image. Do not remove the title or tagline from here > Settings > General as that’s where search engines look for it ans use it for indexing purposes.

To illustrate what timethief is suggesting, here’s an example of a header where the title is part of the image (from my blog):

Awesome, thank you! I have put a title into the image like you said… I need to figure out how to make it look better, but you’ve got me on the right track, and I appreciate it…

That new header looks great! Glad to have helped. Happy blogging. :)
