moving to another host

    i have a free wordpress blog on wordpress.com that i would like to move to a different hosting server. how can i transfer all my files and database over to the new hosting server ? The export/import features do not appear to give me everything.
    Do i have to upgrade my plan with wordpress first in order to do this ?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    That’s right. You can only export/import the content you have created, not the free .wordpress.com address, theme, menus, settings etc.
