Moving to paid plan

  I just started with the free plan; I want to move to the 99/year plan.
  I really just want to start over; do I have to do anything to delete what is already there.
  Would I then just start over as a new customer ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There’s really no need to delete anything at all, unless you really want to. You can upgrade your existing site here at https://wordpress.com/plans/

  If you do want to remove content, this guide will help. You can do before or after you upgrade.
