Moving to self hosted, can I keep my theme?

  I’m using Modularity Lite in wordpress.com. I have secured a domain to have a self hosted blog instead, but when I search for that theme it doesn’t come up. Is it not available for self hosted sites or can I move the entire blog and theme and settings to a self hosted site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks! For some reason I didn’t think to find it and download it independently, then upload it. I was just searching for it within wp and it wasn’t there. Much appreciated.
