Moving to squarespace

  Hi,
  I’m trying to move my website to squarespace. I own the domain address ‘acontentedlife.org’ but I want to use a squarespace template not a wordpress one.
  I set it up less that 60 days ago, therefore I have requested for the domain to be unlocked and have received a transfer code.
  I’ve followed the instructions on the domain mapping on squarespace but it still won’t work. Squarespace have said that I need to transfer the domain to a different provider, for example godaddy or hover.
  I’m very confused at the moment! All i want is for my website address ‘acontentedlife.org’ to link directly to my squarespace not wordpress. Can anyone help?
