Moving to WordPress from another Host

  I currently have a domain and website on Sitelio and am interested in moving to WordPress. Can I import or transfer my existing site into WordPress, or do I transfer my domain and rebuild the site from scratch?

  and am interested in moving to WordPress.

  There are two types of WordPress — WordPress.com (hosted with us) and WordPress.org (where WordPress.org software is installed on another host):

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  On WordPress.com, you can start by creating a free site, adding content and choosing a theme etc. The domain can be mapped or transferred to WordPress.com when you are ready to make the switch at a later date.
