Moving to WordPress.org
-
Hi, I’ve just tried to start transferring my website to wordpress.org. I’ve purchased webhosting by Hostinger and now try to move my custom purchased domain name from WordPress.com to Hostinger servers. I want to look into my domains but it now says I don’t have any purchased domain names. It also doesn’t show my purchases anymore and I keep getting error messages, I can’t save anything even though I am logged in to my WP.com account. Does anyone know what I have done wrong here?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You purchased that domain on 2024-06-07, so that’s still under the 60 days ICANN lock – https://wordpress.com/support/domains/update-contact-information/#60-day-transfer-lock
Are you sure you are logged in to the account owning that domain? As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to the account owning that domain as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help

Yes I came to find out about the transfer lock, but I should still be able to access my domains etc. right? It keeps saying it can’t load. I keep getting error messages, and there’s an error loading name servers for the domain.
When I go to Upgrades > Domains it keeps loading for a while to then say “You have no domains added to this site”
Honestly don’t know how to change this back or restore it, since it won’t even let me reset the whole website either (my website was never public and I want to completely build it new on wordpress.org so a reset wouldn’t be that much of a problem)

thank you @staartmees! @jiippp could you confirm whether you’re on this page?
https://wordpress.com/domains/manage
I see your domains there… if you don’t can you share what you do see there?
