moving to wordpress.org with guided transfer

    I plan to move to wordpress.org from wordpress.com. If I simply upgrade with the $99 package will my current blog remain “Live”….if I go through the guided transfer….also will my blog remain “live” during the transfer or will it close down?

    I’m hoping after the transfer using BlueHost and have a web designer to help me to combine my Artspan website with my domain name over completely to my new wordpress.org site….again, will everything still be “live” or can everything be done “behind the scenes” until we get the new site up to par…..
