Moving users from .com to self-hosted site
-
When I imported the old .com site into my own site, only the admin users were transferred to the new site. However, I find I have no password for the new site; the password for my old .com site does not work. How do I fix this. Only the admin set up by the hosting company can get in at this time.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
Those subscribers are being transferred over to the new site. It should only take a few minutes to complete.

The following are the only users who’ve migrated as of 15:49 4/15/19:
johnbike6719
nwjgibs
stokerellieNone of the others have made it to the new site.

Hi there,
If you’re referring to the other administrators on your site, those users cannot be transferred as they are WordPress.com users. You need to invite them to your new site by going to your Dashboard > Users > Add New.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
