Moving website name

  Hello
  On the third of September I got an email from you about moving the website name. It would take seven days. I could confirm the change and it may take shorter time, so I did. Today is the eighth day and the website is still locked. How could this happen and what can we do to release it?

  Hi there,

  Of what site are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any domains or domain transfers from us, and only owns the free site, http://hasseltun.wordpress.com/, which hasn’t been updated since 2018.

  I’m seeing that domain as being registered with domainnameshop.com. So from our end, it looks like the transfer has gone through successfully.

  Can you check with domainnameshop.com and make sure this is the case on their end?
