  How do I go about moving my website (https://www.cssp.com) to WordPress?

  Do you plan to use WordPress.com or the WordPress installation? These are 2 different things. Check out those differences on this page:

  With WordPress.com you can get started for free and add a Plan if you’d like to extend your site.

  If you go with a self-hosted WordPress install there’s a bit more setup work and support depend more on the host you choose. Self-hosted WordPress sites don’t typically offer free solutions.
