Moving website to wordpress

    Hi, ihope you can help me. I currently have a website http://www.rscottillustrations.com which i created using a MR SITE pack which is now run by tsoHost, last week i recieved an email from them saying they would be closing the Mr Site websites down on the 30th June and gave your name as another i can use along with a voucher code. I am happy to use you and have already created an account but havent chosen a package yet. The question i have is I can see i can move the name rscottillustrations.com which is good, but if i started building the site before the other closes what one will be seen until the 30th. Sorry if this seems a long winded way of asking but any help would be appretiated. Many thanks Russell

    Hi Russell,

    you do not need to transfer your domain right away. You can work on your site using the free WordPress.com subdomain and transfer it once you’re ready:

    https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

    Once the domain is transferred it will be showing your new site created here.
