Moving widgets from left to right and vice versa…

  This used to be so easy before with the old layout n the admin section because you could just drag and drop widgets from one side to another. I’m using Garland btw. Now however, you can view your right-hand widgets or your left-hand widgets but not both at the same time.
  I know I probably sound lazy (I could just delete it on one side and add it on the other) but it would save a bit of copying and pasting of codes etc. and I’m curious to know if it’s still possible.
  Sorry if this sounds like a silly question! I tried the faqs and forums but no once else mentioned this change.
