Moving widgets to the side bar instead of footer

  Hi there,

  As you can see from my website, all the my widgets are at the bottom of the page but I would like them on the sidebar please. Can you advise how I can achieve this ?

  Hi Saloni,

  The Dyad 2 theme has on optional sidebar widget areas. The Widgets section of the Dyad 2 theme guide says:

  Dyad 2 has one dynamic widget area in the footer that will display in up to four columns depending on how many widgets are added.

  Correction to first sentence above:
  “The Dyad 2 theme has no optional sidebar widget areas.”

  Hi, I’m working on my blog about genealogy and I’d like to know how to get rid of the message that says, “Edit this message in the Customizer.” Thank you.
