moving with a blog to another adress

  hello there
  i`ve moved with my blog to antoher adress, cause the new adress is much better.
  but now all hits are gone. the blogstats are 0000…

  is there a possibility, to change the hits from the old blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
