moving with wordpress

  hi,
  i’m new here, so if post this in the wrong forum, be so kind and move it.

  my problem is following:
  i used wordpress at my old domain, the hoster was ruined at one day and quitted the support. i had to do several calls to get at least a backup of my database. and what i got was a 20mb sized txt file. as i can see, the most parts contain pornospam in the comment section, so i would like to delete those comments. but i dont know how, and wheather wordpress nummerates the comments. i cant upload the file, because the new hoster has a limits the upload to a file size of 205kb. how would you solve this problem?

  i’m thankfull for every hint and tip.
