Moving WordPress blog from one server (WordPress already down) to another server

  following:
  blog ran via WordPress on server A -> that has been discontinued and thus WordPress and all its functions offline.
  Now Server B, the new, WordPress is already running, but without data from the old server. I would have to feed them now … but how?
  Via network connection, I still have all the data of the old server.
