Moving WordPress followers from .com to .org through Jetpack

  Hi! I would like some help on moving my WordPress.com Followers to my self hosted WordPress.org. I’ve read that you can do it via Jetpack plug in which I already have installed on my blog.
  My url is http://www.eldiariodecandy.wordpress.com and I need them to move into http://www.eldiariodecandy.com

  I’m seeing jetpack as being connected to eldiariodecandy.com/admin/ and not eldiariodecandy.com. Can you please disconnect and reconnect to eldiariodecandy.com? Once that is set up, I can help you with the follower migration.
