Moving WordPress Followers to a self hosted blog

  Hello,

  I would like to move my follower from my wordpress.com Blog to my new self hosted wordpress Blog.

  My old wordpress Blog is : vodeclic.wordpress.com which was accessible by blog.vodeclic.com

  My new self hosted blog is : blog.vodeclic.com
  (also accessible from blog-vodeclic.azurewebsites.net)

  I’ve installed the jetpack extensions and authentificated with WordPress.com.

  Thanks for providing all the required information. This thread is flagged for Staff to transfer your email subscribers for you. Followers using only the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
