Moving WordPress Followers to a self hosted blog

  Hello,

  I would like to move my followers from my wordpress.com Blog to my new self hosted wordpress Blog.

  My old wordpress Blog is : computervisionsoftware.wordpress.com .

  My new self hosted blog is : computervisionsoftware.org

  I’ve installed the jetpack extensions and authentificated with WordPress.com.
