Moving wordpress followers to self-hosted blog

  Hello.

  I’ve recently transferred to a self-hosted site and from reading previous threads (eg https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/moving-wordpress-followers?replies=154) I understand that staff here can help me move my subscribers from timtopham.wordpress.com to my self-hosted blog at timtopham.com.

  I’ve installed and connected jetpack as described in the previous posts and hope that someone can assist.

  As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff can do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I have tagged this thread for their attention.
