moving wordpress subscribers

  Hello, i just moved my blog from popeating.wordpress.com to http://www.popeating.it (using wordpress.org + jetpack using same account)
  i would like to know if it is possible to transfer my blog subscribers to my jetpack account, to see keep them in my new blog
