Moving WordPress Subscribers

  Hi, I would like to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com site to my new self hosted site.
  I have installed the Jetpack pluggin as required.

  old site: http://www.exsloth.wordpress.com
  new site: http://www.exsloth.com

  Can you also give me an estimate of how long this will take?
