Moving WordPress.com Blog Followers to Self Hosted .org site

  I just set up a new self-hosted version of WordPress and installed Jetpack. Can someone help me in moving the followers (and my stats, if possible) over to the new site and dashboard?

  Howdy and congrats on the new site!

  I’ve migrated over your subscribers and merged your stats as well. When you view your stats in your Jetpack-powered site, it’ll contain both the historical stats from your WordPress.com site and your current site’s ones as well.

  As a reminder, since your domain is registered with WordPress.com, please be sure to renew that when time comes around (February). You can still access to your WordPress.com site’s dashboard at http://thesuburbansoapbox.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
