Moving wordpress.com blog to different host – Have purchased custom theme

I am moving my wordpress blog to a different host, but am using a custom theme that has been purchased through wordpress. Can I continue to use this custom theme after I have changed my name servers to point to my new host. Are there any steps specifically that I must take to make this happen since I don’t have access to my hosted directories through wordpress.com?

Unfortunately, you can’t move premium WordPress.com themes to WordPress.org sites:

(I am assuming that you are moving to a self-hosted WordPress.org and not to a non-WordPress platform.)
