Moving WordPress.com followers over to WordPress.org blog

  Hello,

  Is there any way to move my wordpress.com and email followers
  from my wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org page? I have Jetpack installed and activated if that helps.

  from: livetravelmore. wordpress.com
  to: livetravelmore.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
