Moving wordpress.com stats to self-hosted blog

  Hi

  I want to move my stats from http://www.unsignedmeblog.wordpress.com to my self-hosted blog http://www.unsignedmeblog.co.uk. I have jetpack installed but can’t see how to do it…

  How would I do that please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
