Moving WordPress.com subscribers to WordPress.com request

  I was informed that I could request that the followers and subscribers from my WordPress.com blog (http://sampleface.wordpress.com) could be moved to my new blog (http://sampleface.co.uk). I have installed the Jetpack plugin.

  Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
