Moving wordpress.com to .org hosting

Does anyone know of a hosting co. that will transfer my current wordpress.com blog to a self-hosting blog. I am not capable of doing this myself as I am not savvy enough to do this process.
Some hosts tell me that they cannot transfer a wordpress.com blog
for some technical reasons.
I would appreciate any help.

Yes I read some people had problems with this also it says on the wordpress site that it is $129.00 but now shows $169.OO ?
Also Cannot use the theme that I had purchased ??I was looking for an alternative.
