Moving WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  Hi – I am trying to move my site from wordpress.com to wordpress.org (Bluehost hosting) but I have tried the export/import process 3 times now and I am not getting all my content. I am missing about 3 pages plus there are no posts imported. Any help gratefully received. Using Dyad themes also. I have posted in wordpress.org forums as well – not sure which end the problem is. Bluehost pointed me to WordPress.com…

  if you’re moving from WordPress.com site to (Self-hosted) WordPress.org site.

  Thanks Vishal – I followed all that to the letter. Eventually I just tried exporting and importing repeatedly and it slowly worked – getting a few more pages every so often. Very painful though.
