Moving wordpress.com to wordpress.org ? is it possible?

  Well, I am not sure if what I created on WP.COM is transferable to WP.ORG.
  I have site ground and want to create another page with what I made here on WP.COM. I am not a skilled web person…. my skills are in acupuncture. I want to know if it is possible to convert .com to .org in WordPress. Sorry if my language is not accurate in these words. I am explaining in my little knowledge of web WordPress.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
