Moving wordpress.com to wordpress.org on Network Solutions

    I am trying to change from WordPress.com to WordPress.org and move the blog within hosting at Network Solutions. I have been working with Network Solutions. I keep getting different directions and it is not working. Can anyone advise? Is there any way to get in touch with WordPress? Many thanks!
