moving wp site to local desktop server

  I have a wp site that is not hosted with wordpress. I would like to set it up on my local desktop server to allow changes of line but am unsure how to do this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This forum is only for blogs/stes hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
