Mozilla vs. Explorer

  My blog appears “right” (regarding the characters/letters of my texts, which are all in Spanish)in Mozilla but it appears wrong when it is viewed with Explorer (accents and other common features of the Spanish language appear with weird signs and stuff making it difficult to read.
