  I install WP in my blog http://www.esasterawan.org/irwan.
  (1) I am unable to CUT&PASTE images (from third party sites) like I could on my WP blog drirwan.wordpress.com — the URL of the PASTED images was automatically changed by the system to a WP url (and the original url of the image was somehow replaced).
  (2) For both my esasterawan.org/irwan and drirwan.wordpress.com blogs, I am unable to get music from mp3-codes.com embedded codes.

  (1) This is the wp.COM forum. For problems re a self-hosted blog, you should post in the wp.org forum – see the stickies up top on the main page of this forum.

  (2) In a wp.com blog you cannot use embed codes for audio. You need the direct URL of an mp3 (starting with http and ending with .mp3) for use with the WP audio player shortcode or for other players, and mp3-codes.com doesn’t seem to provide direct URLs. There’s a button for posting to WordPress, though: you can try it and see what happens.
