MP3 file type used to be allowed now not allowed

  For https://rutlanduusermons.wordpress.com/ I have been uploading mp3 audio files to my blog for years. I just deleted some old mp3 files from the media library. Now when I try to upload mp3s I get a message that the file type mp3 is not allowed. How do I get back to allowing mp3s? Tim
