MP3 only displayed in blog once you click on heading link. Why?

    I’ve just started to use WordPress so still playing around with it but having problems getting my mp3s seen. I want my them to be displayed on the initial blog page but they can only be seen by clicking the headings of each post. I am using the Expound theme but not sure if its specific to the theme or to WordPress. I have only entered a short amount of text before I’ve added the mp3s and I have it set to show the full summary anyway.

    Anyone know?

    Expound is a theme I know very well. I use only responsive layout themes and only that automatically provide front page post excerpts. That’s not only because responsive themes are the gold standard. It is also for the convenience of my over 5,000 followers, who use many different devices to access my blog.
